Crowded during summer months but nice place to hangout with family and friends. A little loud when the teens play their loud music but its mostly on weekends and holidays. The park has its own grills but be there early if you want a good spot. Haven't tried trails yet only have gone through one that is near the lake that takes you to a big rock but no diving is allowed. Good place to bring your boat. Love that they have a little brick road its actually not brick but its along the swimming area separating the sand and the grassy area. Lots of shade and tables. No alcohol allowed. Only $9.00 for the day if your from MA. Beautiful place to walk. No dogs allowed during summer months.
Love this place, its clean and beautiful. Great place to have a quality family time. We visit every summer. Even I had to trouble from NY ☺
Not my favorite place to bike but a good one with different type of trails. A bumpy but fulfilling ride.
Large forested area with multiple marshes and trails, nice rail trails for cross country skiing in winter. Horse trails good in some areas but not all of it is mapped.
Its only my second time here but its beautiful. My first was over the summer. This time mid December. Each time just amazing.
